I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, cable channels, and a work desk. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The setting was good, close to shops, and shopping centres and eateries and restaurants.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room - spacious and modern. The hotel staff was VERY HELPFUL and outstandingly accommodating. It was in a favourable location just off shops and restaurants and Taoist temple and shopping centres. And it's just a short stroll away from Ding Qua Qua, ate there once or twice.

We were lucky to have pretty friendly staff.

The hotel is fairly clean, with welcoming personal, and offers good and marvelous location close enough to shops and restaurants, shopping centres and eateries and restaurants and supermarket.

During my recent stay at 18 Suites, I was impressed by the spacious and clean room. The amenities provided, such as the mini refrigerator, slippers, hair dryer, and toiletries, made my stay even more comfortable. While the AC took a while to cool the room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also loved the interior design of the hotel. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at 18 Suites.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, nevertheless everything was perfect. Appreciated the room, it was tidy and cozy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was favourable, steps away from Bugho Waterfalls.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had large windows that allowed natural light to flood in. The hotel facilities were basic but well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic - near JY square, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and close to some of the most popular tourist sites this city has to offer.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering it is a new establishment. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional, from the handy electric light system to the abundance of cabinet space in the rooms. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing fell short of my expectations during my stay.

The hotel's complementary breakfast was a great way to start the day before heading out to nearby landmarks, which were just a few minutes' walk away. Its convenient location right in the heart of the city made it easy to get around even without a car. the room's cleanliness and well-maintained amenities helped ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's elevator was out of service, which made it difficult to get around for those with limited mobility. the lack of in-room kettle for coffee or tea made me have to go down to fetch it from elsewhere.
